Sponsor Spotlight Review ~ Rockin Green Soap *With Bonus Entries*

Sponsoring Charlotte's 1st Birthday Giveaway Gala is Rockin Green Soap!

Before I even bought my first cloth diaper I read about Rockin Green Soap and how great it works for cloth diapers. Not one to believe everything I read, I did my research. One of my favorite cloth diaper retailers sells sample sizes of just about every cloth diaper safe detergent available with free shipping on all orders! (sweetbottomsbaby.com) I bought a sample of each detergent, and some other goodies, to try them all out! While some smelled great none of them compared to the awesome yumminess of Rockin Green! Don't get me wrong I liked the other brands. They all got my diapers clean and didn't cause any issues with leaking or rashes. None of the other brands offered the same versatility the RnG does!
What I love about Rockin Green:
  • The instructions on the Rockin Green package were clear and easy to follow!
  • Options for "Rockin a Soak"
  • Different formulas depending on your water type You can see which is right for you HERE
  • They have a 52 weeks of clean email club full of tips and tricks!
  • No fillers, optical brigtheners, phosphates, enzymes, and is completely vegan!
  • Rockin Green can be used for so many things! They even have a list of other uses.
  • The yummiest scents!
Although Rockin Green has a formula for soft water, and I have a water softener, I like the flavors scents too much! The soft water formula, Soft Rock, is only available in Bare Naked Babies (unscented). So even though I have a water softener I still use the Classic Rock version, I just use 1 tablespoon. The instructions say for middle of the road water softness to use 3-4 tablespoons and fro soft water or an HE machine to use 1-2 tablespoons.
My routine:

  1. Poop goes in the potty! The messier ones get sprayed off
  2. Rinse cycle with no detergent
  3. Wash cycle with HOT water and 1 tablespoon Rockin Green (yours will vary)
  4. An extra rinse! If the water is cloudy or has any bubbles, do another rinse!
  5. Sun any stained diapers, the rest go in the dryer for about 30 minutes (mostly pocket diapers, AIOs may need more time to dry)

  1. I am glad I got to read this! I was wondering several things about cloth diapers, but this pretty much solved it! Disposable diapers leave welped blisters on my baby and we have to constantly leave her butt bare! I have five children, and the baby is the first one I have ever seen do this! I will definately be finding this green soap, too!

  6. Love, love, LOVE Rockin' Green! Baby #3 is due in ~4 weeks, but I already have a small stash of RnG to clean my new cloth diapers. I tried my first load of RnG laundry just last night on a load of regular laundry. Could NOT be happier! So clean and fresh smelling! Just can't wait wait to try it on some dirty diapers!!!
