Squeaky shoes Review and Giveaway!!!

I found HHH Mama Boutique on facebook a few weeks ago and loved so many of the items in her shop! Some other things she has is baby feet bling and T-shirts/babyleggings. Jessica offered to let me sample and review a pair of squeaky shoes and I jumped at the chance! Here's the video:

1. Does it do what it claims? Yes. The shoes fit and the squeaker works great!

2. Is it easy to use? Yes. The velcro strap attaches easily and stays put until mom takes it off, so far ;)

3. Is it a good value? Yes When buying shoes for your little one we don't want to spend a ton because they are going to outgrow things so fast. At $18 including shipping for leather, this is a great deal!

4. Is it safe? Yes. There are no small parts that could be pulled off or choked on. The tread on the bottom prevents slipping. Overall no safety issues! 

 5. Is it durable? Yes. I plan on saving these shoes for possible future babies or friends babie because these Squeaker shoes are so well constructed!

1. Does it do what it claims? Yes. My back also thanks the Juppy! However the strap adjustments could be longer for taller daddy types.
2. Is it easy to use? Yes. Just put the Juppy on your baby like you would put your own pants on, then zip up the back!
3. Is it a good value? Yes. There are times when you are out and about that you wish you had something like a walker to keep your baby from taking a header in to the very nice coffee table your friend just bought. The Juppy is IT! 
4. Is it safe? Yes. In fact, the purpose of the Juppy is to keep not only your child safe but the caretaker too by preventing back injury. 

5. Is it durable? Yes. The Juppy is sewn together very well with the canvas outer being very durable. The Juppy is machine washable and dryable!

This cool Monkey sure knows how to Chill!

The teething cookie recipe I posted recently...

So I finally got around to testing out this recipe. I am sorry to report that it was a flop. I'm sure it's my fault (what isn't?) Possibly due to my tweaking. This recipe was egg less and sugarless (exactly what I wanted) which made me unsure of how it would turn out. The process was as expected. Piping the dough was a little difficult, again, expected. I planned to make them round but the dough didn't want to cooperate with that idea.

 I decided bars would be best. Some of them needed a little coaxing to get into shape. After squeezing this super thick dough through my makeshift piping bag the hole began to stretch a bit. This created blobs rather than bars. Once I had my bars on my baking stone I put them in the oven!
After the 12 minutes was up I took them out and gave 'em a poke. Not nearly as hard as I had imagined. In fact they were down right squishy. I let them cool hoping they would harden up. After all, anytime I leave chocolate chip cookies out for even 5 minutes they become dangerous weapons. No such luck. They are still rubbery. They feel like a teether but I worry that she may bite off a piece causing a choking hazard.

Due to the fact that she now has 4 teeth on top and 2 on bottom, I am going to call off my search for a good teething cookie recipe. If you are able to salvage this recipe please let me know how so I can pass on your wisdom!
